The Four Powers

Wisdom. Strength. Harmony. Perfection.

Auro Swaroopa is a framework for cultivating awareness of four fundamental powers of consciousness. They influence how we see, act, relate and complete. They are not stages and not levels — each is presented independently, and each can be cultivated on its own terms.

The purpose of the framework is not to categorise, rank or reduce anyone to a score. The purpose is to help individuals and organisations become more conscious of how these powers are currently expressed in life and work.
